4. Membership Plans

Skvivah offers three distinct membership plans designed to suit different matchmaking needs:

4.1 Membership Plan (6 Months)

This plan is suitable for individuals looking for a structured and personalized matchmaking journey over a shorter term. It includes:

• Curated Profile Selection – Access handpicked matches that align with your preferences.

• Secure Profile Sharing – Receive shortlisted profiles securely through your registered email.

• Consultation Support – Avail expert support and guidance during your membership period.

4.2 Elite Membership Plan (12 Months)

The Elite Membership Plan provides all the features of the 6-month Membership Plan but for an extended duration of 12 months. It includes the same benefits listed above.

4.3 Felix Choice Plan (Lifetime Validity)

This flexible, lifetime-validity plan is ideal for users who prefer expert access on a pay-as-you-go basis. It includes:

• Expert-Led Matchmaking – Personalized assistance from our matchmaking experts.

• Selective Profile Access – Receive shortlisted matches with privacy-protected contact details.

• Profile Unlock Option – Unlock a full profile including contact details for ₹700 per profile.

• Secure Profile Sharing – Profiles are shared confidentially via email.

• On-Demand Paid Consultation – Consult experts whenever required (charges applicable).

Payment – All payments are securely processed via authorized gateways including Online payments merchants, bank transfers, or UPI.
Non-Refundable Fees – All fees paid towards membership plans are final and non-refundable under any circumstances.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Membership Cancellation – Skvivah reserves the right to cancel a membership if a user violates these Terms or our policies. Users may also cancel their membership; however, once processed, all fees are final and non-refundable.

6. User Responsibilities

• Accurate Information – You agree to provide true, accurate, and up-to-date information during registration and throughout your use of our services.

• Profile Authenticity – While we manually verify user details, you are responsible for conducting your own due diligence before proceeding with any match or communication.
